JSX regional airline to debut Napa County flights to Orange County and Burbank in July
NAPA COUNTY – Public charter jet service JSX will begin offering seasonally scheduled flights at the Napa County Airport on July 3, expanding travel options for residents, visitors and the Bay Area community.
The announcement follows the vote by the Napa County Board of Supervisors on April 22 vote to approve a space license agreement with fixed-based operator (FBO) Skyservice Napa (Skyservice).
As part of the agreement, JSX will operate temporarily from the County’s General Aviation Terminal and then transition to the new facility and hangar of Skyservice when construction is complete.
From July through November, JSX will offer non-stop flights to Napa between Burbank and Orange County. Flights will operate four days a week with one flight a day on Monday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday. Fares starting at $189, for one-way, based on a roundtrip ticket.

“The introduction of the new public charter jet service marks an exciting step forward,” said Anne Cottrell, chair of the Napa County Board of Supervisors. “It’s a smart and strategic use of the airport space.”
JSX allows customers to check in just 20 minutes before flight departure with advanced frictionless security and dedicated hangars. Each 30-seat jet features business class legroom with no middle seats, high-speed free in-flight Starlink Wi-Fi, in-seat power and complimentary inflight snacks and beverages.
The Napa County Airport has been working to expand its capability to support general aviation activity. In December 2022, the Board of Supervisors voted to approve new 30-year FBO agreements as part of a major renovation of the airport estimated to bring $130 million in benefits to the county.
Mark Witsoe, Napa County Airport manager, said, “This launch is not just about new service— it’s part of a broader effort to modernize and elevate the airport experience for our community and visitors alike.”
